Message: Very capable people. Usually courteous. But likely too overwhelmed, and long wait times for return calls. Especially concerning when I am calling as instructed by mail, and having a deadline. The mail also gives the state number for recertification, but they have yet to answer, and I have waited as long as 30 minutes in a queue several times, and they have never gotten to my call.

Message: Recently we had to apply for snap benefits. We had no problem and phone calls were promptly returned. We were surprised that it was such a speedy process! This office is helpful with all my questions I've had over the years.
